SCR-GC ROAD SAFETY PROJECT

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline with minimum experience of 3 years or Diploma in any discipline with minimum experience 7 years in preparation of drawings of Buildings, Bridges. Experts in Auto-CAD, MS-Projects & Primavera, Revit, Dashboard Software etc. The deployment of personnel shall be done only after the prior approval of Authority. However, authority at its discretion may change the team composition:

1. Maximum age criteria is relaxed to 65 years for all retired Railway personnels.
2. GC to ensure that at any point of time not more than 50% of chief Sector Experts (all combined) are Railway Personnels.
3. GC to ensure that at any point of time not more than 50% of Sector Experts (Streamwise) are Railway Personnels.
4. GC to ensure that at any point of time not more than 50% of other personnels (all combined) are Railway Personnels.
5. The proposed person if, railway Retired personnel only, should not be older than 65 years as on deadline for submission of proposals. Last working period will be defined as 67 years, which can be extended to 70 years with personal approval of CAO/C.
6. The professional qualification requirement in case of ex-Railwayman who has worked in Supervisor cadre of Engineering departments (Civil/S&T/ Electrical/mechanical) of Railway shall be relaxed at sole discretion of Authority Representative, subject to Very good APAR of last 3 years.
7. The professional qualification in case of ex-Railwayman who has worked in Gazetted cadre of Engineering departments (Civil/S&T/ Electrical/mechanical) of Railway shall be treated equal to Diploma in concerned Engineering if the person is having any qualification other than Diploma/Degree in Engineering. 8. The professional qualification in case of ex-Railwayman who has worked in JAG cadre for 3 years or more of Engineering departments (Civil/S&T/ Electrical/ Mechanical) of Railway shall be treated equal to Graduate S.No Key Personnel Number of Key Personnel Minimum required educational qualifications and Minimum Length of Professional Experience At least 5 years in SE/SSE Drawings or equivalent Grade and above of Civil Engineering department or of Railways and/or as AM and above in Civil Engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/ any JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.
