We are providing service for project progress review and Implementation monitoring by continuously reviwing and monitoring the progress across all contracts being executed.

Project Supervision Service Agency (PSSA) for providing Project Supervision Services at various construction sites/section in the jurisdiction of South Eastern Railway

PSSA will be working on the detailed programme given by the works contractors like requirement of Men, Machinery and Materials for the desired progress at different stages of project execution. Also planning for the various checks and Supervisory / Mangerial functions to be performed in house.

General Consultancy for Southern Railway

Providing project governance and Management Services by assess acheivements of milestone in terms of land acquisition, statutory permissions, utility shifting approvals. Review decision making process and timelines of field units and suggest corrective action for the same.

Project Management Service for Eastern Central Railway

Providing project management service for construction of double line track (3rd and 4th line) formation including earth work, blanketing, minor bridges, major bridges, important bridges, RFo works, track works, station building, electrification works TRD works, signal and telecom works and other Misc works for Indian railway standard in connection with Multi tracking work for sonnagarandal section to DFCC in DDU and DHN divisio of East Central Railway.
